The purpose of this blog is to examine the No-Kill movement in the United States. I start with the assumption that No-Kill shelters are possible rather than the opposite. But I want to examine the definition of No-Kill, accurate and complete statistics, national trends and the life-saving activities of no-Kill or low kill shelters. Anecdotal evidence will not be accepted as most everyone has an axe to grind and can find examples to support their point of view.
